The audited Annual Governance & Accountability Return (Sections 1,2 and 3 above) is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Denby Dale Parish Council on application to: The Clerk, Council Offices, 24 Commercial Road, Skelmanthorpe, HD8 9DA from Tuesday to Thursday between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm on Thursday 5 September to Thursday 31 October. This will have to be done by appointment only, or by email.
3. Copies will be provided to any person on payment of 5p for each copy of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return.

Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000
Under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000, the Parish Council has a general duty to have due regard to the need to eliminate unlawful discrimination, promote equality of opportunity and promote good relations between people of different racial groups. In compliance with this Act, Denby Dale Parish Council adopted a Statement of Duty which can be downloaded here:
